finally orientation is over.phew.fortunately, ppl there all are friendly.=)
day 1::was late.stupid bus 8 all jammed packed.den e driver refused to open e door.desperate and was sooo LATE.i approached a stranger whom i believe headin to temasek poly too.thus we took a cab there on e veri first day.
when i arrived, i was so shocked to see e dressing style there. gals there all dressed to impress. levis jeans so damm common.majority of the gals had THICK make-up on.everyone had their hair dyed/styled/permed too.thus, with stylish hair,chio-lookin clothes and make-up on, gals there were lyk queuein up fer e miss singapore audition!!believe me gals there were HOT.their first impressions were amazing.bilabong and roxy brands are all replaced by trendy-lookin ones(adidas.fila.puma.nike)everywhere u go, u will see BRANDED LABELS.
immediately i felt so intimated.there i am with my mickey mouse shirt and esprit bag.LOLS.i was one of those guai guai gal.gals will kno wad i meant.(she look so chio while i look lyk noob tt type of mentality)bt i didnt care after a while cause i kno my aim there was to study not shoppin.so i dun care.lols.
HTM(hospitality and tourism management) is the biggest course in the entire business skool.we rawk!*claps claps and more claps*lols.gals basically dominant the course.which explains why my class only have 4 boys.as fer e gals in my class.oh well, only gt to kno them fer 2 days so cant reali judge dem yet.but we are basically divided into 2 gps.one= quiet, shy and reserved ones. two= enthu,noisy and spontaneous bunch.reali drastic difference.
orientation basically involved mass dance.cheers, cheers and more cheers.we were 4va cheerin wherever we were going.how nice.as compared to JC orientation think poly orientation cant be compared.cause no games involved!
day 2 ::we gt to met our care person too.(care person aka as form teacher)both my care person and care manager(she incharge of e entire course) are inviting/kind/nice ladies.they gt lastin first-impressions.*two thumbs up.due to the bad weather most plans were cancelled.in the end,we were not bot ard to explore e campus. it is confirmed tt I will get lost in e big campus de!!later, we went to our classrooms.so small in size(we have a small class) as compared to haising de.gd thing is it is air-conditioned!*winks
almost forgot!received my timetable too!!it is reali DIFFERENT frm secondary and JC ones.come come, i share with u a tertiary student's timetable.*winks
mon -> 1-4(BCS). 4-6(IntHT)
tue -> 1-3(Commsk). 3-5(tutorial)
wed -> 9-11(microEcon). 11-12(break). 12-2(tutorial). 2-4(IntHT)
thur -> 12-2(lecture).2-3(lec).3-4(tut)
fri- > 10-12(microEcon).12-2 (break).2-4(lec).4-6(tut)
summary->> i start sch only at 1pm on mon and tues.hees.latest i end sch is 6pm and earliest 4pm.sians lar.i prefer to start early and end early.NOT start sooo late end late.- - "".i have 2 hrs break in e middle on fri.2 hrs can??is more than a break le.LOLS.poly timetable reali is flexible.my mom was shocked when she view my timetable.she said smth "wah ur timetable so slack huh."

HER met HIM at speech day yesterday.HIM was just two seats in front of HER.when HER saw HIM, HER's heart beat sooo fast, fer a moment she tot her heart will stop-in-action.2 mths dey nv met, thus e rxn.dey were complete strangers.not even a smile or a greeting was exchanged.eyes were nt met,and both just left fer home den after.=(
frm strangers to friends to true friends to lovers.
ironically, HIM and HER re-wind the whole cycle backward eventually. that is frm lovers to friends to acquaintance to total strangers.yups, HIM exist as a stranger to HER and vice-versa currently.HER choose to replace her random thoughts,the past and memories with her friends,family and her new life.e biggest challenge is to heal HER's broken heart.with each new day, HER taught herself to deal with the "here and now" and abandon the "there and then".cause HER understands it will nv be e same again.
