i have NO idea
when/how/why i can injured my BACK.
it's ACHE-ING lyk hell knows how to describe unbearable.
every smallest action will make me
go "OUCH".
it just simply sucks lar. =(
cant sleep properly these few nights.
thanks to tt ache-ing feel.
moving ard seems slow and painful too.=(
i pray & hope i can recover within this week.
otherwise mama will sure
push me to the doc.
and i hate the visit to the hospital.

i dunno wad i can do
tt will nt leave me in pain.

am worried.
it has been a nong nong time
past surgery
i experience such pain.
